Why Being a Morning Person Helps

Not a morning person? Neither am I.  I feel that people who can function enough in the morning to workout are just short of superhuman.  Everyone knows that one person that goes to the gym and 5 a.m. and is done with their workout before the suns up.  I just came across an article that may make some people at least think about working out a little earlier. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/8-benefits-to-working-out-in-the-morning.html
