Hello everyone! My name is Dylan Price and I am a Senior at Salisbury University where I am receiving a degree in Communications as well as a Minor in Marketing Management. I am originally from a small beach town South Jersey. Growing up so close to the beach I have a natural love for the ocean. In the summer I am a lifeguard and when I am not on the clock you can often find me at the same beach out in the water surfing. I also love all sports but mainly basketball, baseball, and football. Portion Control

The battle for more food!!! Its a daily struggle that I and many other people face multiple times a day.  I go to the grocery store buy all this great stuff that I want to make and I never fail to over eat even though I portion out my food after I buy it.  Whenever I read about diets and things they always say something like 6oz of chicken or something, but who is really going to weigh their food before they eat it? Cluster Sets

So I posted previously about the shortcut to size workout that I was doing a few months ago.  Since that post I have recently finished the program and have just been doing whatever I feel like doing at the gym.  I started seeing results still for a couple weeks but recently I have started to hit the dreaded plateau.  To beat this I started looking online for new workouts to do and nothing really caught my eye.  Yesterday I came across an interesting article on menshealth.com about cluster sets.  If you are in the same boat as I am give this article a quick read and see what you think.  Ill post in a week or two after I give it a shot myself. http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/cluster-sets

Why Being a Morning Person Helps

Not a morning person?
